Not satisfied about the items you bought?

• No problem. Within 14 days after receipt you can return the items you 've bought.

• First of all: mail us ( info@monpouf.be ) to let us know that you want to use the return policy within 14 business days after recieving the article!
  

Monpouf.be  assures a full refund within 14 business-days under following conditions:

• Returned items need to be in the original state, unopened original box.

• Damaged items do not underlay our return policy.

• Packaging- and shipment costs are at the buyers expense.

• Refund within 30 days after receipt at our premises can only happen in case the items are returned correctly.
