The delivery of all our products is free for all orders!
Once we receive your order, we will prepare your package for shipment.
When we receive the payment for your order we will send your package to your address.
You will be notified by e-mail when your package is shipped and we will give you a track & trace number in a mail so you can verify easily through the internet where your package is.
You need to calculate about 2 working days before taxipost will be at your address with your package..
Are you suddenly not at home, no worries! You will find in your mailbox a message from the driver with your package number and a phone number. You call to the specified number "022 012345" and request a free 2nd delivery at your address.
Tip: Are you not so much at home, then -during the ordering process - give us a delivery address where there is often someone home (your parents, your work ...)
Are you at the time of the 2nd deliveryday not home yet, then you must pickup the package yourself on the address shown on your message in the mailbox that you have found.
For security: Your package will NEVER be left in your garden or at the back, ... There should always be signed for the receipt of your package.
